Andrew Lawrence James

Father Andrew Lawrence James of Grayson, died Oct. 26, 2015 at Edgewood Nursing Home in Scioto County, OH. He was a devout Russian Orthodox Priest. Before retiring in Grayson, he served in Athens, OH. He was an intelligent man who was widely traveled and spoke several languages. He was a good friend and avid genealogist. He was ministered to by the Holy Cross Russian Orthodox Monastery in Wayne, WV. Father James is buried at Saint John Russian Orthodox Monastery Cemetery in Hiram, OH.
