BOSTON – Rev. Anastasios Gounaris, the former presiding priest of the St. Nicholas parish in Tarpons Springs Florida who last June had left his parish and family abruptly and departed the U.S. for an unknown destination, now lives now in Maple Ridge, British Colombia, Canada with his mistress Patricia T.

Telephone calls by The National Herald to the residence of Patricia T. with messages for her and Fr. Gounaris during the weekend of December 26 and 27, as well as a message on Fr. Gounaris’ cell phone have gone unanswered.

The love story between Fr. Gounaris and Canadian Patricia T. who is said to be wealthy began in 2012 or even before that in Chania, Crete, where she and her husband are building a summer home for their retirement time there. Details will follow.
