Father Martin (Duane) Johnson

Father Martin (Duane) Johnson is a priest in the Orthodox Church of America, Archdiocese of Washington. He is assigned to Saint Matthew Church (SMC) in Columbia, Maryland. Fr. Johnson also served on the board of St. Matthew House.

In the fall of 2009 Fr. Johnson claimed in the comment section of Orthodox Christians for Accountability that Kristine Patico Koumentakos had never received communion at SMC. This claim had never previously been raised in the case, and was vehemently denied by Kristine.

In October of 2010 Fr. Johnson requested a leave of absence from the OCA, citing health reasons.
