Spiritual Court of First Instance Issues Decision in Rymer Case

On January 19, 2006 the spiritual court of the first instance in the case of Archimandrite Michael Rymer issued its decision. Since Rymer admitted the act of fornication with a layman, the spiritual court recommended that he be defrocked. A copy of the decision is linked above.
