Suit Filed Against Former St. Louis Priest

A lawsuit has been filed against former St. Louis Catholic priest James Beine by a man who says Beine molested him thirty years ago. Beine is the defrocked priest recently released from prison by a court ruling that held the state’s sexual misconduct statute is too vague. The man filing the lawsuit says he has stepped forward because of the court ruling.
