On 3-4-08, the Alaska Bureau of Investigation received a report of harm of possible sexual abuse of a minor in the Palmer, Willow area. An investigation began and a 14 year old
disclosed Jason Vincent (age 37 of Palmer) sexually abused her.
On 4-7-08 Jason Vincent voluntarily came to the Palmer AST
post and turned himself in.
