Alexander Nicholas Teshin is an Orthodox layman in the Orthodox Church in America (OCA), Diocese of the West. He attends Saint Susanna Mission in Sonora, California.
Mr. Teshin was convicted in 2006 of sending/selling/distributing obscene matter depicting a minor. His record was later expunged. However, he was on the California Sex Offender Registry in 2016.
Saint Susanna was founded in 1999. According to the OCA website, Mr. Teshin was among those credited with launching the new parish. Prior to moving to Sonora in 1995, he attended Saint Nicholas Church in Saratoga, California, which also belongs to the OCA.
